During mealtimes, the breakfast buffet, the lunchtime snack and the evening buffet are included in the restaurant, as well as all drinks, including hot drinks and a selection of spirits.
There's also delicious cake ready at the hotel bar at coffee time.
Here and on the garden terrace, you can also enjoy soft drinks, beer, wine and hot drinks from 8:00 am until at least 10:30 pm.

Alongside drinks and meals, childcare for your children in our Happy Clubs is also part of the All-Inclusive package.

We keep an extensive range of baby food from various brands in stock, from birth up to around 1½ years – including organic products. Of course, PRE formula and powdered milk for the very youngest are also available.

We're happy to source your preferred brand or a specific baby food, such as PRE milk, for a surcharge if you let us know in advance.

Yes! Just check the available WiFi networks and select "Deichkrone Gast", and you should already be connected. If something isn't working, feel free to speak to our staff at reception.

Our hotel has so-called baby monitors. You'll get two phones from us at reception. A call from one phone triggers a connection to the other, and it stays "always on". One phone stays with the child, and you take the other with you, giving you reception everywhere in the hotel.

You don't need to bring your own pram, as we have plenty of buggies and prams available for guests to borrow.

Of course, our hotel has enough bathrobes in all sizes, from babies to adults. Just let us know at reception.

In our large pool, the temperature is 32°C, and the baby pool is a warm 34°C, perfect for the smallest water lovers.

Every room has our swimming pool bag, equipped with towels for the whole family.

Yes, there's an age-appropriate elephant slide at the baby pool, along with interactive splash figures and a selection of toys for the very youngest. Swim noodles and armbands are also available on request at reception.

Our swimming course with the Flipper swimming school runs Monday to Friday and lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the number of children taking part. The swimming course costs €100 per child and the course runs from a minimum of three participating children and a minimum age of four years.

No, we don't reserve tables.

No, this generally isn't a problem. On request and with advance notice, we prepare gluten-free and lactose-free, dietary, vegetarian and vegan meals.

Please note, however: due to our spatial and technical setup, we cannot guarantee a diet that is safe for people with coeliac disease, as traces of gluten and cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.

Please let us know about your intolerances or dietary preferences already when booking, so we can accommodate you as best as possible.

We're happy to look after your children with additional needs too.
However, in order to do justice to each individual child, we only offer this care outside of school holiday periods.

Please hand in your voucher, whether from Familotel or directly from the hotel, at check-in at reception.
If the voucher is handed in at a later point, we can no longer take it into account for the current billing of your stay.
